Mentoring & Coaching
We are uniquely placed to offer a an esteemed after-care service for our successful candidates and our clients with whom they are placed. We understand the impact and importance of being available; offering our candidates and clients support once our candidates accept and undertake new roles. This is delivered by offering each successful candidate and their hiring manager three free one-to-one mentoring/coaching sessions, depending on their individual preferences. These sessions are usually spread through the first 100 days of the candidate starting in their new role and this encourages a well laid foundation. Our sessions assist both the candidate and client in ensuring there is a high probability the candidate will settle into their role quickly and easily and cement their opportunity for ongoing success with our client.
